Responsibilities
• Teach private and semi-private lessons using Bach to Rock curriculum• Create an encouraging and focused lesson atmosphere• Assess student readiness for bands or ensembles• Assist at school events• May repair equipment as needed
Requirements
• Demonstrate understanding of music and communicate effectively• Advanced understanding of music theory and technique• Effective time management and organizational skills• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment• Experienced performer• Experience working with youth and/or beginning musicians• Ability to interact effectively with children and adults• Pass a background check
