• Develop business development strategy and identify market trends• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to design water treatment facilities• Provide technical leadership and support to project execution• Build and maintain client relationships• Provide guidance on groundwater and surface water treatment processes• Lead team in collaboration and demonstrate commitment to excellence• Participate in professional organizations as a company representative• Work directly with clients• Mentor and train junior staff within the water market
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering• Master's degree preferred in chemical, civil, or environmental engineering• 12+ years of experience in the drinking water industry• PE License• Experience with municipal water market, water treatment, and regulatory compliance• Experience mentoring junior staff• Active participation in professional organizations
