Door-To-Door Team Manager

We are currently seeking a  confident, dependable, results-oriented Team Lead to develop and manage a team of door to door marketing representatives. These representatives generate leads and set appointments with local homeowners at no-cost for our in-home consultations.
Pay is $40,000-$50,000 Plus Bonus & Paid training! Responsibilities Recruit, hire and train a strong team of marketing representatives Coach, develop and motivate each team member to ensure they are following proper procedures and guidelines Oversee all field activities of your team Set the pace of your team's efforts by exemplifying professional conduct and behavior Mapping, permit logistics, payroll activities and other duties as assigned Qualifications Sales or marketing experience Team building and management experience Experience hiring, training and coaching a sales and/or marketing team Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set performance standards Ability to lead, but also maintain a 'team player' mentality Excellent communication and conversational skills Evenings and weekends are required High school diploma, or equivalent Valid driver's license,  clean driving record Pre-employment background check Woodbridge Home Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
