TASKS AT HAND: Greet guests and check IDs, turning away underage patrons. Monitor guests and restaurant environment to ensure patron safety. Proactively diffuse inappropriate or dangerous situations. Respond appropriately to guest requests. Be an ambassador of brand and products. Foster a positive relationship with patrons. Maintain a clean and tidy environment. Create a barrier that allows you to properly check IDs and safely let patrons enter and leave establishment. Communicate any issues that are arising to manager on duty. Communicate any misbehaving or overly intoxicated guests to manager on duty. Duties also include, but not limited to, ensuring security of building and reporting any security violations to management and/or the proper authorities. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work. Move and/or stay in a stationary position during entire shift. Frequently reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe. Frequently wash hands. Be able to move items weighing up to 35 lbs. Be able to cut, measure, pour, serve, carry and wipe. Be able to communicate with guests and colleagues. Detect and perceive both close and distant objects. Must be 21 or older. Must maintain an applicable state health and/or alcohol compliance card.
