Position Title: Decorator Franchise Organization: Dough Ray Me Reports To: Restaurant Manager A Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member Overnight Decorator is generally responsible for preparing baked goods according to Dunkin' Brands operational standards. Working independently to provide guests with delicious treats and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Responsibilities Include: . Self motivated, independent work
• Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare Donuts and Baked Goods
• Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and products and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment and baking area
• Stocking items such as sugar, sprinkles, Icing and donuts
• Decorating and displaying finished products.
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
