Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year! Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disability, 401(k), paid-time off, $5,000 annual tuition reimbursement, holiday pay, etc.
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Position: Our Blood Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting blood donation and supporting blood donors. We provide donors with various gifts and incentives to express our gratitude for their life-saving contributions. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Merchandiser, Inventory Manager & Donor Rewards Coordinator.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail or related field preferred. Previous experience in merchandising, inventory management, and donor rewards program administration preferred. Experience with managing websites and order fulfillment preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Must have a valid drivers license Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in inventory management software, website management platforms, and Microsoft Office suite. Passion for the mission of the non-profit organization and commitment to supporting blood donation efforts. Primary Responsibilities: The Merchandiser, Inventory Manager & Donor Rewards Coordinator plays a multifaceted role in managing merchandise, inventory, and donor rewards for our blood donation centers across different locations. Key responsibilities include:
Merchandising Strategy:
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance the donor experience and encourage blood donation. Stay up-to-date on trends in donor gifts and merchandise to ensure offerings remain attractive and relevant. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote merchandise and donor incentives effectively. Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels for donor gifts, shirts, and other merchandise across multiple blood collection locations. Coordinate with blood center staff to manage orders and inventory replenishment based on collection needs and donor preferences. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Utilize proven process to track inventory movement and generate reports. Donor Rewards Program Management:
Manage the donor rewards program, including the administration of points for blood donations. Collaborate with external vendors to select and procure rewards for the donor rewards store. Maintain the donor rewards store website, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date with available rewards. Coordinate order fulfillment with vendors to ensure timely delivery of rewards to donors. Collaboration:
