The Enterprise Solutions Development Division (ESDD), Investment Technology Support Unit is currently seeking an Information Technology Specialist II to provide technical expertise to architect, plan, develop, test, implement, support and manage Investment line-of-business and enterprise systems. Knowledge of system development and integration concepts, approaches, methodologies, and architectures, as well as an understanding of hardware and software components. Knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks, DevOps and build automation technologies (e.g., C#, C++, .NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps), reporting tools (e.g. Crystal reports, Structured Query Language (SQL), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), debugging/troubleshooting tools and techniques. Ability to monitor and troubleshoot applications, serve as an expert on industry best practices while maintaining a mature problem-solving attitude, and able to develop alternative courses of action, make recommendations or decisions which are based on logical assumptions and information. Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills and a passion for process improvement, problem solving, and customer service.
