This role contributes to the support and effectiveness of the records management and the ATR system. The role will support and assist in the overall productivity of the Marietta facility by providing timely administrative support, eliminating barriers and ensuring effective communication.Core Responsibilities:Manages procedure and document reviews Manages MAOH ATR Library and serves as document and records management administrator Manages documents in SharePoint including electronic folder structuresConverts documents to AmSty format as neededATR SME for APCTManages ATR Reviews Coordination and participation in Management System Review as needed Management of Change (MOC) coordination for ATRCreates procedures and can do MOCsAssists in on-boarding of new Marietta employeesActively participates and champions the AmSty safety programCompletes administrative duties such as:- Manages time sheets and enters time into Novatime payroll system- Manages the office (mail, lunches, copiers, special events)- Organizes meetings as needed- Orders office supplies and lunchroom suppliesContributes towards the success of Charity Activities (i.e. United Way Campaign, etc.)Participates in ATR training – Lunch & Learns, one-on-one training, teleconference training with off-site AmSty employeesOther duties, as requiredJob Requirements:Specialized skills in ATR, SharePoint, Dakota, TrainingMine and SAP 1-2 years relevant Chemical plant experienceGood interpersonal skillsSupportive of AmSty goals and deliverablesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including mid to advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Microsoft SharePointFocused attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to make decisions about work priorities and to effectively and efficiently manage workloadAbility to work independentlyEffective problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with Audio/Visual and office Information Technology equipmentHigh school diploma or GED equivalentRelocation is not available with this position.Americas Styrenics LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, veteran status or marital status.To all recruitment agencies:We are not responsible for any fee related to unsolicited resumes from 3rd party staffing and recruiting agencies (whether submitted through this website or sent directly to employees) unless a written agreement is in place between the agency and Amsty ("Company")andan authorized Company representative makes a written request to the agency to assist with this requisition.
