Are you a good fit for this Document Control Specialist job? To excel as a Document Control Specialist at Access Sciences, you must possess a high school diploma and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Document Control, Construction Document Management, or Construction Quality Processes. Your success will hinge on consistently delivering top-notch Document Control services, closely monitoring performance metrics, and actively contributing to process enhancements. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll be collaborating closely with team members and management. Demonstrating proficiency in understanding construction and project lifecycles, as well as third-party contract requirements, will be essential. Your ability to work with diverse engineering documents and navigate approval processes within project teams is critical.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
High school diploma 3+ years of previous experience in Document Control Construction Document Management or Construction Quality Processes Consistently deliver quality Document Control services based on subject matter expertise and experience with best practices Monitor personal performance against the team's established KPIs and contribute to continual process improvement Work closely and maintain effective communication flow with other team members and management Demonstrate an understanding of construction and project lifecycles and third-party contract deliverables Working with cross-discipline engineering documents (requirements and use) and discipline approval processes within a project team Ability to recognize various deliverables and drawing types and route according to the requirements Join our team today!
