Summary: 
As a Division Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role within our Team Member Services (TMS) department supporting efforts dedicated to Pacific Seafood's greatest asset, our team members.   This position collaborates with the VP of Team Member Services to provide multi-state, multi-location HR support .  You will be a strategic business partner to General Managers and other operational leaders within the division to support the execution of business strategies and KPI goal achievement.  You will lead location HR representatives to deliver comprehensive solutions that are geared toward overall team member engagement, productivity and labor efficiencies, and human resources activities that are impactful and consistent with Pacific Seafood's mission, vision and values.  You will have a servant leadership mindset who is adept at coaching, project management, and providing a wide range of support to location management and front-line team members in talent development, recruitment, organizational design, diversity and inclusion strategies, employee relations, total compensation administration, HR compliance, employment law, and performance management. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategic Business Partnership with Senior Leaders Serve as a trusted and strategic business partner to the VP of Team Member Services, divisional leadership and location managers by building effective relationships, sharing feedback, coaching towards servant leadership and team effectiveness, influencing team member performance and driving organizational priorities to achieve a high performance, high integrity culture. Support the VP of Team Member Services and other senior divisional leaders in the building and execution of divisional and organizational strategies using HR analytics and KPI goal tracking to measure impact and success. Identify and solve root cause issues impacting operations and team members success by diagnosing, creating solutions and implanting strategies and policies surrounding organizational development, talent management and succession planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and workforce planning. Talent Acquisition and Development Lead, coach and mentor location HR and management teams to ensure alignment on company initiatives, achievement of company KPIs, and continuous professional development. Develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives that ensure Pacific Seafood has the team members it needs now and in the future. Collaborate with recruiting, HR team, and hiring managers to develop job descriptions, post open positions, and assist with interviewing, candidate selection, and offers to fill talent gaps aligned with organizational structure needs.. Partner with Training & Development and senior leadership to identify talent gaps, assist with development action plans, generate learning content and facilitate training sessions as needed. Team Member Relations and Program Management Conduct internal investigations, present findings, and assist with determining the appropriate corrective action and resolution. Assist in representing company in internal and external employment complaints and litigation. Drive development and enhancement of employee recognition and retention programs. Provide guidance on compensation program, conducting job market analysis to ensure that pay practices, schedules and grades are externally competitive. internally equitable and performance based. Lead and manage the execution of HR Programs related to performance management, training, internal communications, recognition, retention, benefits, and compliance. Employment Risk Management Interpret local, state, and federal employment laws, conducting internal HR and Payroll audits to mitigate risks. Support locations with 3rd party social compliance audits. Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files, workers compensation, Form I-9 records, recruiting system and applicant records in accordance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations. Using HRIS Business Intelligence, provide detailed analysis of key human resources metrics and produce reporting to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and establishment of performance metrics. Collaborate with TMS and divisional HR professionals to ensure maintenance of HRIS data integrity by running queries, analyzing data, and developing strategies to improve processes and reporting capabilities. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary to support the overall goals and objectives of the position. What You Bring to Pacific Seafood: Required BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 7 years of HR management experience, including supervisory roles. Experience managing the HR function in a multi-state, multi-location environment. Advanced experience using full Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as required. Preferred Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred. HRCI or SHRM certification preferred. Previous HR experience in a manufacturing, food production, or distribution environment. Previous experience in Ultimate Software (UKG). Bilingual written, verbal and reading skills in English and Spanish languages. Salary Range: $91,500 - $120,000 Annually  Total Compensation: At Pacific Seafood, your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package.
