Role Overview:
As the Division Director, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, driving forward our portfolio of contracts supporting the NIH. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact, while fostering strong client relationships and leading capture management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on operational oversight and supervision for a diverse portfolio of contracts supporting NIH.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and monitoring progress.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic capture plans to secure future work.
Stay abreast of government acquisition notices, identifying opportunities aligned with our capabilities and goals.
Forge relationships with key government leaders to uncover and secure new client opportunities.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate opportunities and develop winning strategies.
Lead the entire capture and proposal lifecycle for specific opportunities, from initial identification to submission.
Create compelling proposals, white papers, and other materials to showcase our capabilities.
Deliver regular executive-level reports on contract program reviews and pipeline opportunities.
Perform additional duties as required to support the team and company goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of experience supporting NIH or similar federal contracts.
Proven track record in operational management and business development within the federal sector.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
