Job Description The Division Controller position is primarily responsible for the supervision of financial reporting and analysis of a division of the bank; provides financial and management information to division manager for decision and performance measurement purposes.

How You'll Spend Your Time You will ensure the timeliness and accuracy of month-end entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations. You will serve in a support capacity to various division cost center managers to improve aspects of financial performance You will coordinate and/or participate in special projects as required by finance and executive management. You will coordinate and/or participate with Human Resources in the development, review, calculation and payouts of the various business line and department incentive plans. You will coordinate with Financial Accounting to document and understand the accounting process for each department within the division. You will assist in the preparation of the annual financial statements and period regulatory financial reporting. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years of work related experience.
