Once the strategy is in place, we help communicate the changes and promote adoption among stakeholders.Job DescriptionIn this role, the qualified candidate will be conducting a climate survey to establish a quantitative assessment of employee views on the current level of inclusion, direct experiences with harassment, discrimination, and bullying, employee engagement, perceptions of reprisal and the degree of fairness, transparency, and equity in the customer's processes such as evaluations, promotions, hiring, and assignments, and possible barriers to professional advancement.Conduct data analysis, writing an analytic report summarizing the results, and developing a corresponding dashboard.Prepare and deploy the survey and provide the customer with the raw data to undertake the ingestion and analysis of survey resultsDevelop a written report on the results including visuals such as infographics of survey results.Development of a Power BI dashboard to allow stakeholders to explore the aggregated results from the survey.QualificationsActive Secret ClearanceMinimum 10 years of Human Resources, DEIA, Organizational Development or equivalent experienceBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityMust be experienced with Python and Microsoft Power BIExperience in successfully supporting large-scale analytical effortsSuperior analytical, assessment and reporting skillsSuperior project, time and people management skillsSuperior written communication, facilitation and presentation skillsAbility to deliver high caliber work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, in addition to being able to handle sensitive and confidential informationThorough understanding of Diversity and Inclusion, through demonstrated work experience in the DEIA arena in the Federal Government.Experienced in Barrier Analysis Training; Understanding EEO; Harassment; Mitigating Unconscious Bias; Cultural Competency; and Gender Equity.Must be able to work and deliver within limited time range or frame.Experienced with MS OfficeAdditional InformationU.S. Citizenship and active Clearance is requiredOnly qualified candidates will be contacted.
