District Sales Representative responsible for servicing national big box accountsResponsible for maintaining store presentation standards and driving salesBuilds customer relationships and provides product knowledge training

Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed sales goals by maintaining store presentation standards• Execute Planograms/Maps and follow best practices/processes• Build relationships with store management and maximize customer interest• Maintain store shelves and inventory• Place replenishment orders and identify opportunities for incremental display space• Assist retail consumers with product selection and purchase• Conduct pricing surveys and track orders• Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners• Provide product knowledge training and address critical issues• Develop and maintain relationships with key store level decision makers
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required• 1-2 years previous sales and/or retail experience• Ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate professional behavior• Effective organizational and time management skills• High level of initiative and sense of urgency• Problem-solving and ability to implement sustainable solutions• Ability to lead and delegate with integrity and respect• Ability to travel extensively within territory• Ability to work flexible hours and access reliable transportation• Ability to safely lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical requirements
