Job Title: District Sales Manager
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus bonus incentive plan up to 25% of base salary

In this role, you'll have the exciting chance to build and lead a team of talented Design Consultants who are responsible for driving profitable revenue growth and delighting our clients. As a District Sales Manager, you'll provide leadership, training, and support to your team, helping them achieve success through effective coaching, sales skills development, and performance management.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the district to achieve budget and sales targets by focusing on close rates, order sizes, lead generation, and service recovery.
- Instilling accountability among your team through daily interactions, constructive questioning, and open dialogue.
- Facilitating weekly meetings and training sessions to educate your team on products, services, promotions, and sales techniques.
- Coaching and mentoring Design Consultants to continuously improve key performance metrics and increase their earnings potential.
- Motivating and holding your team accountable for capturing sales opportunities through networking, strategic partnerships, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Identifying prospective client markets and developing creative strategies for selling into them.
- Building, developing, recruiting, and retaining a high-performing team of aggressive and successful Design Consultants.
- Conducting annual performance appraisals and taking corrective action as required.
- Fostering a culture of success, recognition, learning, and winning within your team.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated passion for mentoring and coaching sales employees to success.
- Ability to thrive in both field and remote work environments.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- 5+ years of successful experience leading, motivating, and developing a highly dynamic and aggressive outside, in-home sales team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to participate in events.
- Strong work ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to coach and mentor others in a sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prospecting abilities and an established professional network in the local community (preferred).
