Overview
The prime responsibility of the District Manager is to lead and support business development of a defined territory within the EWC Growth with a focus on associate development, service quality, development of a consultation and sales focus within each center, and execution to brand standards, all leading to annual revenue and profitability growth. A successful District Manager will drive consistent growth in metrics, low associate turnover, operational compliance, and a bench of leaders. The District Manager is a general management role that oversees all facets of EWC Growth strategies and tactics within their defined territory.

By hitting or surpassing targets in areas such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, you can earn a generous incentive on top of your annual base salary of $70,000 - $75,000. An average incentive earned in this role is between 25% - 30% of annual salary.

Experience
A proven ability to lead, coach, and develop center team(s) that support and execute on a sales and service culture
A proven ability to identify, develop, and promote leaders within a center and multi-unit setting
A proven ability to build authentic relationships based on mutual accountability, authenticity, and excellence that aims towards achieving service and financial goals
Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements
Experience in a leadership role (Health and Beauty services management preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, communication, and people skills

Responsibilities
Understand, believe in, and represent EWC Growth and European Wax Center's Mission, Vision, and Values
Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products
Promotes and implements new products, services, and initiatives
Ensure progressive growth across all assigned centers with respect to growing new and repeat guest counts, service and service per ticket volume, Wax Pass conversion, and retail sales growth through training, focus, and coaching. Work with assigned centers to implement business tactics that effectively address declining areas of the business.
Development of an operations organization through coaching, goal setting, and delegation to ensure a culture of focus on people development. Continuously train area and center managers on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development.
Develop area and center managers that understand and can cultivate a culture of coaching, care, support, and equity in all centers
Conducts center visits and performance reviews within assigned territory, as defined by the organization, and as needed to drive successful results
Monitor staffing levels and scheduling across all departments to ensure all positions are staffed and scheduled appropriately
Ensure all assigned centers and staff are current on all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with

state/federal/franchisor/company

regulations
Facilitates the resolution of guest service issues with centers while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organization
Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability related opportunities across all assigned centers
Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial and service performance reports and updates

Requirements
Ability to travel (up to 80%)
Strong analytical and communications skills
Experience in a multi-unit leadership role (preferred)

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The associate must frequently lift and/or move items over 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. This position requires regular travel. Some long hours and weekend work may be required.
