Distribution Associate

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for various Distribution/Light Assembly activities, working alongside team members to facilitate light assembly builds and same day shipping in support of Geoprobe® products and services.? 
Responsibilities??  This position includes the following duties and may be assigned additional tasks.? 
Pick and package products, verifying accuracy ensuring same day shipment??  Learn basic assembly processes interacting with SAP and technical drawings to build products designed for customer support.?  Operate forklifts and prepare pallet shipments for trucking?  Prepare and load containers with high attention to detail?  Process pack slips and bills of lading accurately?  Data entry into SAP system?  Other duties as assigned?  Requirements Humble – team oriented in action and words, defines success collectively?  Hungry – full of energy, self-motivated and enjoys working hard?  Smart interpersonally – Strong listening skills, relates well to others??  Mechanical aptitude?  High School diploma or GED equivalent?  Outward mindset – understands the needs, objectives, and challenges of both internal and external customers. Acts with customers in mind gaining their trust and respect??  Strong Ownership of Projects with strong attention to detail?  Good physical skills (bending, lifting, and reaching items); Able to lift heavy objects (50+ pounds)?  Able to stock and organize products safely?  Able to handle/transport heavy items using manual or mechanized handling machinery?  Phone/verbal skills, computer proficiency (including keyboarding)?  Bonus??  SAP experience?  Benefits 401(k) Health Insurance Vacation Sick Leave Profit Sharing
