Job Responsibilities
- Foster and manage relationships with buyers to facilitate property sales
- Negotiate optimal prices for properties
- Coordinate property showings for buyers
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective buyers
- Proactively reach out to buyers via cold calling and texting
- Execute email and text marketing campaigns
- Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and communications
- Update website with new deals and buyer information
- Develop organic lead sources for off-market deals
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Passion for sales and a strong drive to succeed
- 1-2 years of hands-on disposition sales experience
- Ambitious and proactive mindset
- Ability to connect with diverse personalities
- Excellent phone, organizational, and planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate properties
- Business acumen and self-motivation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work occasional nights and weekends
Compensation
Hourly rate of $8-$10 with potential for commissions and opportunities for advancement based on performance.
