Responsibilities
• Coordinate transportation movements and scheduling of technicians• Keep track of drivers' schedules and technicians' start and departure times• Maintain matrix of techs' routes, start location, and qualifications• Anticipate problems with routes and parts, make sound decisions• Respond to special requests from customers and order parts• Follow up on pending/recommended work and forecast workload• Contact customers with parts pending and provide status updates• Deliver exceptional customer service, work in a team environment• Drive revenue and help meet market goals• Help others and feel great doing it
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks• Experience with Service Titan is a major plus• Ability to pass a background check• High school diploma or GED• Demonstrate passion for excellence in customer care• Strong decision-making abilities• Ability to identify and communicate customer needs• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment• Meet attendance and dependability requirements
