Eagle Plumbing Repairs And Drain Cleaning in Kenner, LA, seeks a dispatcher to join our team. We are located at 819 Veterans Blvd—suite 204. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard worker. Primary responsibility will be answering the phone, booking service calls, and making follow-up calls to customers. Additional position responsibilities include assistance with general office duties. We care about our customers, and we care about our team. Must be able to work with very minimal supervision
Must have excellent communication skills and a pleasant, friendly demeanor
Must have impeccable grammatical skills and strong attention to detail
Must have strong computer and tech ability.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook software.
Must be a fast learner with new technology and software applications
Must be willing to answer calls (remotely) on a rotating weekend and evening schedule
Must be able to handle general office maintenance and administrative duties
Customer service experience preferred
Interacting well with all employees and performing as a team player are essential.
