Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and trays by hand or using dishwashing machines• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and sanitation standards• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean food prep surfaces, and remove trash• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas• Load and unload supplies and products• Other assigned duties
Requirements
• Prior dishwashing experience preferred (willing to train)• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards• Knowledge of safety procedures• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying supplies• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends• Attention to detail
