Property Location: Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis North / Brooklyn Center
Shifts: 6pm-11pm and 7am-12pm, varied days
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers Places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area A ssist s in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving as needed Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation Cleans hood vents, fryer, and grease trap Cleans dish tank, stainless steel, and drains and ensures correct wash and rinse temperatures Ensures hand soap and hand towel stations are replenished Performs a dditional responsibilities as assigned by l eadership Qualifications
