What We Are Looking For: The Director Voice Engineering manages a vibrant Engineering team that's located within our larger Technology organization. We're a mission-driven team who's focused on our people and how we can best work for and love the success of others.
What You'll Do: Manage a team of VoIP Engineers embedded in delivery teamsFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellenceCollaborate with other teams including, product, operations, technology, and software development on new product developmentKeep up to date on the latest carrier voice technologies. Including attending technical conferences and industry meetings.Set and enforce the standard of quality for voice engineeringAssist with escalations from the NOC on complex VoIP Engineering issuesNegotiate purchase agreements, and support contracts with equipment vendors*This is an on-site job opportunity*
