Litify is looking for a Director, Solution Engineering to be an integral leader on our go-to market team. In this role, you will be primarily supporting the Solution Engineering team in sales efforts in client-facing meetings, calls, and projects, and to develop and lead custom demonstrations.The Solution Engineering team at Litify is responsible for presenting product offerings in a value-driven way to prospects and customers, with the end goal being to instill confidence in the technology and to remove all technical objections in the pre-sales efforts. To accomplish this, the Director, Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to mentor, coach and leverage their existing technical and sales skills, including the ability to uncover business requirements, develop a solution strategy, and configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.In this role, you will:Lead a team of Solution Engineers by providing technical guidance (solution design), career development and mentorshipExemplifying our core values to maintain high morale and motivate the SE team to go above and beyond.Ensure that the Solution Engineering team can deliver Litify's value proposition to its prospects and customers and build best in class solutions that solve the customer's challenges.Act as a player/coach to manage your deal specific responsibilities while collaborating with and meeting the needs of your teamBuild and demonstrate the Litify platform in a way that aligns with the customer's needsLead and coach discovery sessions for potential Litify clients alongside our sales teamDirectly engage internal and external stakeholders in client-facing environments via demos and presentationsCollaborate cross functionally with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing and External Implementation Partners to deliver winning solutionsConfigure custom demonstrations to showcase specific capabilities and enhance standard demos for use by internal team membersLead/Participate in strategic dealsBuild and drive relationships with sales leadershipAnswer and oversee the completion of responses to RFPsAbility to travel domestically (25%)To be successful in this role, you have:3-5 years of experience in a Solution Engineering/Pre-Sales role2+ years of direct front line management experienceDeep Salesforce product knowledge and solution design experience, with the ability to present and demo to a business or technical audienceHands on Salesforce technical experience. The ability to build automation via Flow Builder, design and configure Lightning Pages, Permissions/Security experience, and general Salesforce Platform skills.Knowledge of Salesforce Demo Environments and Package Management Experience with Enterprise SalesSalesforce certifications strongly preferredLegal experience strongly preferredDisclosure:The estimated pay range for this role is $140,000-160,000.
