Schedule:  Monday - Friday (on-call required, may be required to meet deadlines after hours/weekends)

Provide staff training and education on the Facilities performance initiatives and measures including outcomes measurement and reporting. Broad responsibility to protect the Facilities assets from loss. Coordinate the loss control efforts and advising management and administration on all potential sources of loss and making recommendations to minimize or eliminate exposure. Qualifications Your Qualifications and Experience will include: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.  Bachelor's degree in nursing our related healthcare field highly preferred.  Combination of education and experience considered. Four (4) years of experience in quality and risk management/improving organizational performance within a behavioral or psychiatric treatment setting. STRONG knowledge of JOINT COMMISSION, State of Utah standards, CMS standards, and any other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
