It also seeks to cultivate and foster technical innovation, as well as elevate and amplify the technical heartbeat of the organization.How will you make an impact in this role?When you join the Developer Enablement team (DE), you're working with colleagues that are dedicated to helping our engineering community develop and deploy code faster and safer.This role focuses on leading strategic developer experience programs, from inception to delivery, frequently engaging with multi-functional program/project teams to ensure the desired results are achieved, actively participating in long range strategy planning within their area and clearly articulating the value proposition of their program.A key aspect, will be providing the strategic direction for operationalizing Gen AI developer initiatives, in addition to operationalizing a Business Insights program that integrates both quantitative and qualitative metrics.As a member of our team, you'll also be charged with evolving the Developer Sentiment program, as well as partnering with the Technology Workforce Technical Excellence team to create and deploy the annual Technologist Sentiment Survey.As an agent of change, you'll curate relevant narratives for our senior leaders with regard to program strategy direction and changes.We want everyone to continue growing"We have fun!" is one of our principles. You'll actively chip in and participate in adoption events and discussions (DevCons, Guild meetings, campus events, etc.)Minimum QualificationsCompassion for the challenges of software development and active curiosity about overcoming these challenges through software development, training and solution support.Excellent oral and written communications crafting program delivery insights.Superb networking skills and the ability to work collaboratively with and gain the respect of software developers and influencers.Outstanding prioritization in order to meet strategic program vision.Past ExperienceAccomplished leader of multiple projects and large programs, demonstrating communication at multiple levels.Practical experience in effective time management, including the ability to prioritize and handling contending priorities.Salary Range: $145,000.00 to $230,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
