About the Role
We are in search of a Director of Product Marketing to spearhead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our IT Automation suite of offerings.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our product management, business development, marketing, and sales teams to introduce exciting innovations to market, deliver value to our customers, and fortify our position as the preferred cybersecurity platform for thwarting breaches and bridging the gap between IT and security.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside the best in the industry, bringing your creativity, vision, and energy to this high-profile position.
Additionally, we require comprehensive knowledge across multiple domains in IT Operations and cybersecurity, along with a solid understanding of IT management, endpoint management, security operations, and risk/compliance products and associated technologies.
We stand at a critical juncture, poised to revolutionize the traditional IT operations market and achieve true synergy between security and IT within a single AI-native platform. Key Responsibilities
Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning tailored to the target customer and the core capabilities of our offerings.
Business Growth: Drive awareness, adoption, and growth of the Falcon for IT module and related modules across our Falcon platform.
PMM Leadership: Devise and execute the overall product marketing strategy for Falcon for IT and associated product and service offerings.
GTM Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute a go-to-market strategy that yields measurable results.
Content Creation: Generate engaging content including collateral, thought leadership pieces, solution presentations, website content, videos, blogs, and articles to accelerate the buyer's journey.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales and alliances teams to ensure the value proposition, assets, training, support structures, and incentive plans are optimized for a robust sales motion aligned with our product capabilities.
Market and Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings in the cybersecurity landscape to drive differentiation and inform overall planning.
Trusted Evangelist: Serve as a passionate advocate for our products through thought leadership, blogging, social media engagement, and public speaking engagements.
Requirements
15+ years of cybersecurity product marketing experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering preferred. MBA from a top-tier program recommended but not required.
Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Genuine passion for cybersecurity and a demonstrated ability to excel in challenging environments.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort in high-visibility initiatives.
Ability to craft clear and compelling messages and a willingness to contribute to both external-facing and internal deliverables.
Proficient presentation skills with the ability to educate and inspire diverse audiences.
