As a Director, Product Management you will lead multiple teams that are instrumental to CLEAR's ability to deliver seamless and delightful consumer experiences. Your domain will encompass core Membership management experiences, Member Care enablement, and our Subscription & Payments platform. Your main priorities are to (1) elevate the CLEAR Plus member experience through frictionless self-service account management and delightful Member Care interactions that drive lasting retention; and (2) build reliable CLEAR-owned subscription, payment and pricing services, enabling business scalability and agility with minimal engineering overhead.
What you'll do: Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for CLEAR's Membership management experiences, Member Care enablement, and next generation Subscription & Payments platformPartner with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Operations, Member Care, Marketing, Security and Legal to ensure alignment in priorities, staying one step ahead of business needs as we innovate on new benefits and services for CLEAR MembersRaise the bar for product excellence and innovation by balancing bigger bets with iterative product improvements rooted in performance metrics and user feedbackLead and coach a team of Product Managers, with a focus on their professional growth and product delivery & impactWork with CRM, payments, and billing integration vendors to optimize solutions and cost-effectiveness; familiarity with vendors like Salesforce and Stripe is a big plusWhat you're great at:: Leading data-driven teams focused on driving retention through platform innovation, billing and subscription optimization, and best-in-class experiences for internal and external customersSpearheading large-scale product initiatives, including vendor migrations and integrationsIdentifying high-impact strategies and solutions to expand and elevate our products for both internal and external customersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesRigorous and collaborative approach to prioritization and decision-makingCultivating and nurturing a culture of high performance and innovationLiving and imparting CLEAR's core values: Be Indefatigable, Bias for Action, Embrace Change, Obsessed with the Customer Experience, Speak Up, Our Great People, Own ItHow You'll be Rewarded: At CLEAR we help YOU move forward - because when you're at your best, we're at our best. The base salary range for this role is $220,000 - $250,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
