Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a regional team(s) to execute a growth strategy and business plan• Maximize plan participation, assets, and savings rates for defined contribution plans• Facilitate training sessions, track performance, and build partnerships with stakeholders• Control expenditures, participate in sales presentations, and exceed expectations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience• 7-10 years' experience in the financial services industry• Financial services designations preferred• Understanding of management, training, coaching, and leadership principles• Ability to obtain FINRA registrations• Proven top performer and previous management experience• Knowledge of financial services and defined contribution industries• General understanding of technology software• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
