Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire others• Manage timely delivery of operations services• Implement continuous improvement goals• Develop facility operations management training• Supervise various departments and personnel• Analyze budget requests and allocate operating budget• Ensure adherence to Quality Policy and Objectives• Conduct performance appraisals and career development plans• Perform other assigned duties within job requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Graphic Arts or related field• Minimum 5 years of management experience in printing industry• Knowledge of facility operations supply chain management systems• Ability to perform detailed work accurately• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Internet Explorer
