Responsibilities
• Partner with leaders across multiple departments• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies• Identify opportunities for cost savings• Analyze cost structures and market trends• Implement supplier evaluation and performance management program• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies• Develop risk mitigation strategies• Promote and implement sustainable sourcing practices• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies• Lead and develop a strong procurement team
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in procurement and supplier management• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• Experience in RPG/Tabletop/Board gaming industry• Strong negotiation and contract management skills• Knowledge of global market trends and sourcing methodologies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong ethics and commitment to responsible sourcing practices• Inspiring leadership and innovative thinking
