The Opportunity:
As Director of Sales, you'll lead a dynamic team focused on driving new logo ARR growth. We're seeking a proven SaaS sales leader who can both lead by example and coach others to success. This role is pivotal within our leadership team, comprising 25% hands-on involvement and 75% strategic guidance.

Your Role:

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in selling complex SaaS software to SMB markets
Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate remote teams
Ability to collaborate with ERP resellers for lead generation

Job Location:
While we embrace remote work, candidates based in SC and NC are preferred.
Travel:
Occasional travel within the US (and rarely CAN) is expected, typically for trade shows.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation package, comprising 50% base salary and 50% performance-based rewards tied to new logo ARR growth. Additionally, we provide health benefits, 401k, and PTO.
