Our Expectations: We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, goal oriented, innovative, and can be a driving force for our company. This position will require that you work with multiple departments to resolve issues to create a smooth workflow for your teams. This is an in-office position, Monday to Friday, Hours may vary. We want a Director of Sales Operations who is positive and enjoys creating a positive working environment.
Job Description: As a Director of Sales Operations you will have specific job duties which include but are not limited to the following:
Onboarding new hires (I9, W2, 1099 forms, docusign agreements) Financing terms Sales incentives and incentive tracking Managing Docusign Sales representative and affiliate training Change orders and fixes Proposals and managing the proposals team Customer service Escalated homeowners General problem solving You would be reporting directly to the CRO.
