In this role, you will help inform revenue operations and strategy to formulate and deliver on revenue targets aligned with Avenue One's overall goals and objectives. As the Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and support to our sales team as needed to ensure they consistently perform at the top of their game, and deliver on those targets . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a successful B2b sales team, preferably in a related field. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing, growing sales team, setting clear goals and expectations to drive team performance.Build trust with and motivate an existing team, while recruiting new sales talent.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.Effectively utilizing CRM systems to measure and manage team performanceWork closely with the revenue operations leader and marketing team to align on targeted sales initiatives and ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation.Collaborate with other departmental leaders to ensure a seamless customer experience and the successful achievement of company-wide objectives.Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementProvide regular reports on team performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities to senior managementHire, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed to support growth of the current teamSalary Range The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $180,000 - $225,000 at the time of posting.  Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Compensation / BenefitsCompetitive compensation Company-paid medical, vision, dental, and wellness benefits for employees and dependentsCompany-provided home office equipmentFlexible vacation and sick daysTeam-oriented and supportive working environmentCompany-sponsored events and swag
