The Director of Recruiting reports directly to the Executive Director of Talent & Admin., and ultimately to the GM and the Operator and is considered to be part of the Talent Team. The Director of Recruiting will keep in close collaboration with all levels of the Organizational Chart. More specifically the Executive Director of Recruiting will work closest with the Executive Director of Talent/Admin., Executive Director Team, Senior Directors of FOH and BOH. They will also collaborate with Directors and their teams for their Talent needs, while ensuring all areas of the Org Chart and Operations are functioning according to the vision of the Organization and within standards set by Chick-fil-A, Inc. ***The Talent Team areas of responsibility and focus are as follows: The "Talent" Critical Success Factor is thriving with a full team of Attentive & Courteous Employees
