GENERAL SUMMARY : (General Purpose of the job)
LOCATION:
Administration Building. Telecommuter eligible as per policy and with supervisor approval.
Day/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Hrs/wk 40
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
(Primary Responsibilities)
Ensures ongoing compliance with all Provider Qualification requirements
Updates and implements process and responsible for ensuring those processes assist with providing quality care to the individuals served.
Writes Quality Management plan to meet ODP regulations
Monitors QM plan to measure effectiveness and presents findings to Management team
Supervises assigned Auditors and conducts and assigns audits
Monitors the quality of program records and documentation through audits
Represent agency in various committees
Ensures that
individual/departmental
outcomes are appropriate, diligently pursued and periodically reviewed for their continued effectiveness
Oversees incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions as the Incident Management Representative
Ensures corrective actions from audits and investigations are completed and timely
Responsible for Incident and Risk Management Analysis on a Monthly and Quarterly basis to meet regulations
Develops, reviews and updates agency policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulation requirements
Maintains current knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in the ID/BH field.
Reviews residential program performance against individual outcomes, budget, licensing regulations, and agency
policies/procedures
Attends scheduled administrative meetings, HR & Executive meetings.
Manages Corporate Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates
compliance/concerns
within the organization.
Responsible for department Q.M. Goals and Quarterly Management reporting Auditor update review
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

Oversees and Conducts the Peer Review Committee and Process
Performs and Completes Provider Monitoring
Creates and Drafts Policy and Procedures Conducts Program Audits for Petty Cash
Oversees Audits
Oversees Investigation Incidents as per Incident Management Guidelines
Chairperson Compliance Committee
Member of the Emergency Management Team
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS :
Education requirements as governed by regulations
5 years' experience in auditing and investigative management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid US drivers license
Computer knowledge; Microsoft office business, word, excel and email
