This includes writing user stories (requirements), prioritizing releases,maintaininga product roadmap and backlog, and creating release notes.Work closely with senior executives, UI design, engineering, QA,marketingand sales to strategize, plan, and build products and plans that meet aggressive expectations on usage and revenue.Understand and analyze customer needs and communicate those needs to other team members to build key use cases.Organize user testing, collectfeedbackandorganize intoactionable development priorities.Plan & execute product / feature deployments to our large subscriber base.Use customer data & usage analytics to inform product opportunities and evaluateresultsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degreerequiredfrom an accredited, not-for-profit University or CollegeA track recordof commitment to prior employers?and success in roles10+ years of Product Management experience?or an equivalent role with domain subject matterexpertiseCommercialReal Estateexperience with experience in at least one of the following:Appraisal; valuation; acquisition/dispositions; investment; corporate real estate; or leasingExperiencecreating wireframesto visually convey and inspire product ideasExperiencedefining and detailing product requirements and launchingproducts/functionalityenhancements to meet customerneedsManaged sprint schedules and resources in an agile-scrum development environment a strong plusExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsPreferredQualifications:Experience shaping & executing product or data strategy for an online information product, real estate products or similar site presenting business information, reporting and analytics.Working knowledge of Google Analytics (or similar web analytics platform) and solid analytical skillsExperience managing development of digital content products for both web and mobile, including native iOS & AndroidappsWhat'sin it for you???When you join CoStar Group,you'llexperience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.?We offer you generous compensation and performance-based incentives.
