Responsibilities
• Lead the annual Brydon CEO-in-Residence recruiting, application, and onboarding process.• Serve as talent representative for Brydon Group at key industry conferences.• Manage the execution of Brydon annual retreats and quarterly in-person training.• Build out the Brydon portfolio best practices repository & information sharing across portfolio.• Oversee the recruitment and management of Brydon key portfolio consulting partners.• Serve as go-to resource to coordinate with Brydon portfolio companies on value creation initiatives.• Work with Brydon GP & CEOs to build high-functioning company boards and advisors.• Establish KPIs and benchmark to monitor and measure the success of initiatives.• Create and optimize standard plans, metrics, reports, and planning.• Support targeted CXO openings, build out the Brydon Board talent pipeline, and create professional development programs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, graduate degree preferred.• 5+ years' experience in consulting, talent/recruiting, and/or portfolio operations.• Motivated self-starter with ability to work well in an unstructured environment.• Passion and interest in small business, software, and/or private equity a plus.• High degree of integrity, dedicated work ethic, and commitment to enhancing the team.• Outstanding organization, decision making, and problem-solving skills.• Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to work in a dynamic and successful organization.
