Position Summary: Director of Operations for the Professional, and Online MBA Programs is a senior member of the administrative staff and is responsible for the oversight of all operational activities surrounding the Terry College's Professional and Online MBA programs, leads in the strategy development and execution of student programming, curriculum updates, and program policy changes. This position is a critical component to the success of the Terry College Executive, Professional, and Online MBA Programs. This position oversees day-to-day operations for the OMBA and PMBA programs while coordinating with the EMBA program and involves daily interaction with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and outside vendors.

Duties/Responsibilities: Program Delivery: Oversight of all day-to-day planning and execution of program operations. Oversight of all class logistics and scheduling. Oversight of onboarding of faculty, including faculty orientation, materials sourcing and purchasing, module prep, etc. Oversight for Operations subprogram (department budget, including decisioning and oversight for planning, budgeting, forecasting, tracking of actuals, and implementing efficiencies and cost-savings within our program standards and student/faculty experience goals. Determine and implement co-curricular and experiential learning opportunities for students. Lead local, domestic, and international residency planning and execution, including sourcing proposals from vendors, planning the itinerary and budget, coordinating with the OGE, communicating with students, organizing information sessions, and ensuring all paperwork and payments are processed in a timely manner. Lead student council and student board meetings. Lead subgroup forums for students around job trends, workplace issues, etc. Support strategic work for the program and on Terry aligned initiatives as the needs of the program, industry standards, and student expectations evolve. Lead program focus on connecting with our alumni. Work with Terry Development and Alumni Relations on current student and alumni engagement. Responsible for the student and faculty hubs which host to all student-related materials, emails, schedules, and directory. Support Academic Affairs Coordinator as backup for academic affairs, e.g., academic advising, registration, financial aid processing assistance, residency paperwork, immunization documentation, hardship withdrawals, etc. Develop, implement, and maintain an enhanced operational strategy that ensures scalability across the various and expanding program models, new delivery formats, and ongoing content initiatives. Collaborate with faculty and program leadership to design and enhance the MBA curriculum. Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Support delivery of all programs and courses in the Required and Elective Curriculum portfolios. Lead OMBA and PMBA class forums to address program concerns, support student's needs, etc. Monitor current trends, interests, and skill gaps for graduate students to effectively guide development of student experience. Monitor OMBA and PMBA students' academic progress to identify student success or deficiencies to aid in student retention efforts. Serve as an advisor to the Program Director in the areas of student services, academic advising, programming, and curriculum updates. Support the Director of the Executive, Professional, and Online Programs with program assessment, accreditation materials, and audits. Manage professional staff, 1 Associate Director, and indirect supervision of other staff. Percentage of time: 50
Duties/Responsibilities: Program Evolution: Research, benchmark, and recommend co-curricular education offered to students in the program including comparative and competitive analysis across other schools and programs. Assess need for program policy changes and amendments and lead implementation of changes and initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with students for the duration of the programs and beyond, to foster loyalty and create engaged alumni. Percentage of time: 25
Duties/Responsibilities: Student Coaching: Counsel, coach and advise students and teams, e.g., situational coaching, individual and team coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. Determine the role of team coaching, appropriate assessments and workshops in this process and identify coaches and other resources to fulfill this requirement. Counsel current students on degree requirements, program policies, and process related to program completion. Percentage of time: 20
Duties/Responsibilities: Other miscellaneous duties as needed: Other duties as assigned by the Director of the Executive, Professional, and Online MBA Programs. Serve as additional/back-up support for E/P/OMBA events, EMBA class weekends, etc. Percentage of time: 5
