Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee the operations of multiple dermatology clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dermatology, with at least 3 years of experience managing clinic operations and a proven track record of successfully starting and scaling clinics from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple dermatology clinics, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
* Clinic Development: Lead the planning, setup, and launch of new clinics, including location selection, staffing, and resource allocation.
* Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics to ensure clinics meet financial targets.
* Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain high standards of patient care and operational protocols.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth and improve service offerings.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all clinics adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a senior operations role within the dermatology field.
* Leadership: Proven experience in managing multiple clinic locations and leading diverse teams.
* Clinic Development: Demonstrated success in starting and scaling clinics from inception to full operation.
* Skills: Strong organizational, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
