Director Of Operations

Position Overview: The Director of Operations is a highly visible and influential role responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of operations and manufacturing. The Director of Operations will be responsible for setting the operational strategy and ensuring it is effectively implemented in the manufacturing process. This position is also responsible for overseeing personnel management, tactical decisions, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities: Develop operational strategies that support effective manufacturing processes and cost reductions Establish operational objectives, set performance targets, and create action plans Create and maintain a positive work environment for all personnel Monitor performance metrics to ensure operational targets are achieved and delivery deadlines are met Provide guidance on a variety of issues, such as personnel management, budgeting, and operational efficiencies Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards Analyze and resolve operational problems in a timely manner, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field 7+ years of experience managing operations or manufacturing, including personnel management and budgeting Proven track record of consistently meeting performance targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards Benefits -Salary 160-200K depending on experience
