Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources. Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports. Implement quality improvement initiatives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in a home health agency management role. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Proven leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, written and verbal. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. A passion for quality home healthcare and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
