One of my top clients located approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes east of Portland, OR, is seeking a qualified and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality of care for our residents, overseeing all aspects of nursing operations, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license. MUST BE RN!
Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in skilled nursing facility leadership.
Strong clinical and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for quality resident care and a commitment to staff development.
