Responsibilities: Lead the clinical team effectively, demonstrating strong leadership skills Oversee admissions process with enthusiasm and efficiency Collaborate closely with staff and management to ensure smooth operations Maintain a positive and cooperative work environment Requirements: Recent SNF experience is a must Previous DON experience in a SNF setting strongly preferred Passion for admissions and commitment to excellent patient care Ability to work well within a team and foster positive relationships with coworkers
