Setting: Nursing Home; Critical Access Hospital
Salary is based on years of experience
The   Director of Nursing   will oversee a nursing team including 5 LPNs, 4 RNs, and roughly 30 CNAs
Schedule: M-F Day shift; occasional weekend/evening work may be required in case of emergencies

Director of Nursing Qualifications: Minimum education: Associate Degree in Nursing
Active Illinois RN license required
BLS Certification required
Previous Long Term Care and/or Nursing Leadership experience required
