We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Director of Marketing
to lead our team and drive our brand's growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing teams, and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to small marketing team to help them achieve their goals
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an active hands-on approach
Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, advertising, and public relations
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Direct and manage updates of existing and new assets including menus & signage using Adobe CS and other tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, human resources, and operations to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred
Strong experience with social channels and content creation
8 years of experience in marketing, with 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
