Position Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Columbus, OH
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for all One Hospitality brand venues. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the marketing team and collaborate with our operations and management teams to execute marketing initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
•
Create and implement annual marketing plans aligned with each venue's unique objectives.
•
Conduct local and national market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
•
Collaborate with leadership to define brand positioning and messaging.
•
Brainstorm fresh marketing and promotional ideas.
Digital Marketing:
•
Coordinate digital marketing strategies through our partnership with a third-party digital marketing agency.
•
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email and SMS marketing, search engine marketing and programmatic advertising.
•
Ensure that all One Hospitality websites have accurate information and are search engine optimized.
•
Ensure a streamlined user experience that will enhance our online visibility and customer engagement.
•
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
•
Review the digital advertising campaign reports and analytics for improvement opportunities and ROI.
•
Empower and oversee the social media coordinators efforts to keep all social channels fresh, engaging and current with trends.
Brand Management:
•
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
•
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold the company's image.
•
Work closely with design teams to create compelling visual assets.
Event Marketing and Management:
•
Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events, collaborations and holiday celebrations.
•
Build partnerships with local influencers, organizations, and media to enhance event reach.
•
Schedule pop-up events with local businesses to cross-promote and drive visitation.
•
Track and evaluate the success of events through key performance indicators.
•
Work with the management teams on the advertising of daily and weekly promotions and specials.
Public Relations:
•
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.
•
Craft and distribute press releases to garner media coverage.
•
Respond to media inquiries and coordinate with the executive team to handle external communication effectively.
Budget Management:
•
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
•
Negotiate and manage contracts with marketing vendors and agencies.
Analytics and Reporting:
•
Regularly analyze marketing performance data to assess the success of campaigns.
•
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to drive continuous improvement.
•
Maintain the marketing scorecard for each venue to keep the executive up to date on the success of the marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
•
Proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
•
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.
•
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
•
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
