Director of Marketing and Public Relations Location Detroit, MI : CCH is expanding our staff, and this may be a great opportunity for you to join our team. CCH participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF). The Director of Marketing and Public Relations develops and implements a comprehensive marketing and public relations strategy aligned with CCH's communications, goals, mission, and objectives. The Director of Marketing and Public Relations should be organized, have a solid understanding of marketing theory, and have excellent critical and creative thinking skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required. Seven (7) years of experience in public relations/marketing management required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a non-profit, community health setting preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools. Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing successful marketing initiatives. Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools. Ability to multi-task. Deadline driven with good time management skills. Valid Michigan Driver's License required; demonstrated ability to adhere to State of Michigan driving laws, evidenced by maintaining an insurable driving record in accordance with CCH commercial auto insurance carrier required. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
