Director Of Maintenance

We are a healthcare facility in South Salt Lake County that is looking for an organized, experienced Maintenance Director to join our team!
Responsibilities Oversees maintenance of the facility, grounds, and equipment Performs general maintenance work daily, including but not limited to, replacing light bulbs, repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances Conducts and documents safety tests Conducts inspections of the building's interior and exterior. Inspects storage rooms, work rooms, utility closets, etc., to assure that equipment is available and working correctly Trains and educates staff on safety, emergencies, and legal requirements Understands and ensures compliance with the laws and regulations governing healthcare facilities Maintains positive relationships with residents and staff Requirements Prior healthcare facility maintenance experience preferred Minimum one year leadership experience Prior experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, repairs, or equivalent technical knowledge or licensing required Strong problem solving and decision-making skills Must be fluent in English High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Dental Insurance Health Insurance Vision Insurance 401k w/employer match PTO Life Insurance
