Director of
IT at an executive level
Is the Director level your next move in your career path? If this is your path and you are highly motivated; a results-oriented individual, then Costa Solution has a director level position overseeing a small IT team.
Salary ranges from 120k to 150k with bonus potential.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of IT professionals including application development, Infrastructure, reporting and service desk,
encouraging collaboration and promoting high- performance.

Evaluate new technology solutions and partnerships to enhance the company's IT capabilities to support long-term business objectives.
·
Monitors accessibility of applications or services.
·
Leads implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide system tools and ensures scalability. Implements and maintains operating policies to mitigate risk.
·
Effectively manage multiple projects, initiatives, and tasks while prioritizing based on business needs and objectives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
·
Conduct cyber security gap analysis & associates' risk analysis and create a plan/program to protect IT systems.
·
Analyzes complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommends technical solutions.
·
Propose strategic solutions and recommend new systems and software.
·
Experience Leading software Development teams (Java preferred).
·
Experience Managing Cloud environments (AWS preferred).
